ArtWALK 2024 Artist Registration Form

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the Lakeway City Art Walk 2024!

     You will receive a separate communication within the next seven days.

     Please email  with any questions.

    • Registration/booth fee is $35
    • Booth size is 10x10ft.
    • Booth locations will be released the day of the event. 
    • All items and performances must be family friendly.
    • All participants MUST register.
    • There will be no power supply on Hamilton Greenbelt. Participants will need to bring their own power source.
    • A waitlist will be established when slots are filled. 
    • Set up starts at 8am. Takedown will be NO EARLIER than 4pm and must be complete by 6pm. Participants will provide their own tables, chairs, tents and display panels.

  9. The following information is needed to register:

    Performing Arts: Description of Performance (style, genre, how many performers). Video or audio recording sample of performance.

    Visual Arts: Description of your artwork or crafts. Three photos that represent your art (all items in photos must be for sale, unless noted as an example of commissioned art). A logo if you are currently using one.

    Culinary Arts: Upload of food/beverage permit or license. NO ALCOHOL. An on-site check with the Lake Travis Fire Department will be scheduled the day of the event. NO FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED.

    Local Businesses: Upload of business logo, promotional photos and description of display or services.

  10. REQUIRED: I understand that I must send in video/sound recording of my music, if applicable. I understand that I must send photos of my art work, if applicable. I understand that this is a family friendly event and art/music must be appropriate.*
