Open house directional signs may only be displayed on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Signs shall be located no closer than 10 feet from the hard surface of the street and shall not be located in Medians. Signs may only be located at the street intersection of a directional change along the route to the open house. Intermediate signs are not permitted. Portable home storage units are allowed in all residential districts for up to (14) days per calendar year. One additional fourteen (14) day extension to the initial term may be approved by the Code Official or authorized designee. Notification must be made to Code Compliance prior to placement. Portable home storage units must be placed wholly within the property lines of the lot being serviced and may not be placed on any public street or right of way.
