The City of Lakeway is providing free Christmas tree recycling for residents now through January 7. You can take your tree to Public Works (3303 Serene Hills Drive) from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you take your tree to the Public Works facility outside of these times, place the tree near the front gate, but please do not block the entrance. Please remove lights and decorations beforehand. Waste Connections customers may place their tree on the curb (cut in three-foot sections) for trash pick-up through Jan. 21.

Brush Recycling


Oak trimmings are accepted July 1 - Jan. 31.
Brush and yard waste will only be accepted the first Thursday of each month or during scheduled Saturday drop off events at the Public Works Department. 

The City of Lakeway Public Works Facility will accept yard waste from Lakeway residents on the first Thursday of every month from 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Residents and property owners may dispose of one pickup truck load of yard waste or up to one 8' x 5' foot pile at no charge. Contractors will not be able to deliver for residents.
