Reserve Our Facility For Your Event Today!
- Facility rentals are only available during the summer season.
- Facility rentals will not be accepted on Mondays, holidays, or Dive-In Movie Nights.
- Facility rentals are only available after regular hours of operation, 8:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 6:00 pm Sundays.
- Facility rentals include lifeguards and a coordinator available to assist you through the evening.
- Facility rentals are offered at the rates listed below for two (2) hours with an option of adding an additional hour for $200.
- Rental rates are $50 less if the lap pool is not used for your event.
- Parties are welcomed to bring in their own food and beverages as long as there is no glass or alcohol. All ice chests are checked.
- Grills are not allowed. The use of our refrigerators is permitted and ice is available.
- Guests may begin setting up 30 minutes prior to the rental time, only if it does not disturb current patrons of the facility.
- Clean up must begin 30 minutes prior to the end of the rental time.
- All participants must exit the facility at the end of the rental time.
- All facility rules apply during your rental time.
The
Reservation Form must be downloaded, filled out and brought to the Swim Center for payment processing. Phone or mail orders will not be accepted.
- Reservation Policy: Due to high volume of requests, the Lakeway Swim Center will only accept reservations that are accompanied with full rental payment.
