Facility and Pool Rules

FOR YOUR SAFETY, THE FOLLOWING IS PROHIBITED:

  • Running
  • Diving
  • Glass Containers

THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIOR IS PROHIBITED

  • Smoking, fighting, horseplay, dunking.
  •  No underwater breath holding.
  •  Profane or abusive language.
  • Use of slides unless lifeguard is present.
  • Public displays of affection.
  • Single groups shall not monopolize a particular area of the pools, thereby limiting the use by other groups.
  • Hugging or tugging on safety ropes.
  • Loitering in the facility.
  • Standing on slides.
  • No coaching except through valid swim team contract or swim center programs.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

  • Go Pros, phones or filming equipment filming patrons within the facility.
  • Weapons, chewing gum, tobacco products including vaping.
  • Alcohol/Drugs or any mind altering substance.
  • Pets not allowed in the facility and pool.
  • Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
  • Bicycles, skates, skateboards.
  • Two speaker radios and oversized one speaker radios.
  • Frisbee, tennis balls, hard balls, hard plastic toys.
  • Large inflatables including rafts and inner tubes.
  • Food and drinks in the pool.
  • Flotation devices that are not USCG APPROVED.
  • Blue jeans, overalls, yacht pants or any heavy clothing.  Swimsuit clothing are required while in the pool.

FOR THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF OTHERS

  • Do not swim with open sores or wounds, contagious diseases or with diarrhea.  All bandages must be removed before entering the pool.
  • Any person unable to swim across the lap pool without stopping or assistance is considered a non swimmer.  It is required that non swimmers wear approved USCG lifejacket.
  • Please take showers and use the restroom before entering the pool.
  • The only devices allowed in the Leisure Pool or the shallow water of the Lap Pool is USCG approved personal floatation devices.  Parents/Guardians must remain with children wearing these devices.
  • All trash must be disposed of in trash containers.
  • Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an parent or guardian age 18 and up in order to enter the facility.
  • All children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper along with their bathing suit when entering the water.  Changing diapers must be done in the bathrooms.
  • Patrons using the slide must be at least 48’ tall.  Lily pad’s must be 48’tall to ride.  Frog slide must be under 48’ tall to ride the slide.  Obey all posted slide and lap pool rules. 
  • Pool staff has the authority to remove any person who is posing a threat or danger to patrons/staff or who is behaving in an appropriate manner.
  • Lifeguards must be obeyed at all times.

RULES OF ADMISSION

  • Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an parent or guardian age 18 and up in order to enter the facility.
  • All individuals age 3 years and older must pay before entering the pool area.
  • Swim wear when swimming that does not hinder movement.

ADMITTANCE TO THE POOL AREA MAY BE REFUSED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS

  • Intoxication
  • Open sores or wounds
  • Any type of contagious disease or diarrhea
